GRILLED MARINATED FLANK STEAK


serves four
 
ingredients

1 tbs olive oil

cup soy sauce

1 tbs Worcestershire sauce

2 tbs Hunan sauce

 

directions

 In a bowl large enough to hold the flank steak combine the above ingredients and whisk until combined.  Place the steak in the bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Cook steak on the grill over a hot flame for about 5 minutes per side (120 degrees on a instant thermometer).  Let the steak rest for 5 minutes and then cut inch slices going against the grain.
