1 tbs butter
3 tbs vegetable oil
½ small onion diced
Cooked microwave rice (see recipe)
1 cup frozen peas
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbs teriyaki sauce
1 tops sesame oil
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Wisk the egg until small bubbles appear, add to the skillet to make a pancake.
When cooked take the egg out of skillet, let cool and dice.
In the same skillet add the oil, when hot, add the cooked rice, frozen peas, diced egg, and then the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and sesame oil stirring constantly until well blended.
