MEXICAN DIP Serves eight to ten

ingredients

8 oz package cream cheese softened

1-cup mayonnaise

12 oz jar salsa

½ lb cheddar cheese shredded

½ lb Monterey jack cheese shredded

(Can find combined packed in grocery store)

6 oz olives pitted and halved

directions

On a large platter mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise.  Top with the cheddar- monterey cheese combination, then the salsa,and olives.

Serve with tortilla chips
