Our trucks make deliveries to most areas in Westchester, Fairfield, and Manhattan. We use common carriers for the balance.

6. Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day-Delivery after 3PM
7. Next Day Air: 1 business day-Delivery before 12PM

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm that your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. We try time our shipments so that it will not have to sit in a heated warehouse over the weekend. Therefore, most of our orders are shipped go on Monday or Tuesday. Further, please be aware that in times of extreme weather, we do not recommend shipping using UPS ground. Shipping using next day air is recommended during times of extreme weather. Bedford Wine Merchants is not responsible for weather related incidents. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of New York. The buyer is responsible to determine that he or she is not in violation of their own state's regulations regarding the importation of alcoholic beverages.  ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. AND IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
