James Suckling 94 points - The 2007 Barolo is a fresh, floral offering with an attractive juiciness to the fruit. Though made predominantly from Serralunga fruit, there isn?t a ton of village character in the glass. This vinous, open Barolo is an excellent candidate for near-term drinking and I suspect it will find many admirers in restaurants, where its unfussy yet refined personality is ideally suited. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2022.

"Perfumed and almost smoky with plum and berry undertones. Then turns to flowers. Full body, with rich and velvety tannins and a solid core of fruit. Dried strawberries and prunes.
