2010 ALPHA OMEGA CHARDONNAY UNOAKED NAPA
"On the nose: beautiful pear, peach, banana, pineapple cheesecake, fresh grapefruit, white chocolate and honeysuckle with touches of crushed granite and apricot. On the palate: fresh entrance evolving on marzipan, Meyer lemon, bubble gum, yellow raspberry and cantaloupe, lingering on a crisp acidity with a strong minerality" Winery
| Wine maker notes |
| 2010 was a very cool vintage with high levels of acidity and more subtle and fresh aromas in balance with the great extraction of Napa Valley. We did quite a bit of stirring on the lees to build up the mouthfeel while still preserving the malic acid. |
