Produced in the traditional Champagne Method the wine is lively, with a lemony acidity that gives the spicy citrus and pear flavors excellent structure, complexity and concentration. The finish is clean, crisp with excellent minerality. If this sparkling wine was from the Champagne region it would sell for more than twice the price.
