2008 PHELPS JOSEPH INNISFREE CABERNET SAUVIGNON
"Aromatics of baking spice, raspberry jam and cocoa powder are interwoven with abundant fresh fruit flavors. Good structure and concentrated dark red fruit characteristics on the palate lead to a long, smooth finish.
Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot. Grapes were harvested at an average 23.5o Brix, fermented in stainless
steel tanks, then aged 15 months in a combination of two to four-year-old oak barrels. The wine was subsequently blended and bottled in March, 2010."
