DOMAINE NICOLAS ROSSIGNOL
Born in 1974, he is the 5th generation of winemakers in the vineyards of Volnay. After techical training in enology at the Lycee de Beaune he worked at a number of Estates in France and South Africa to gain additional experience in vinification and farming techniques. In 1997 he acquired 7.5 acres sprad over Volnay, Pommard, and other Cote de Beaune communes. Today the Domaine controls over 60 acres many of which are Pre-Cru.
