| Wine maker notes |
| Carefully selected fully ripened, botrytis-touched grapes were hand-harvested on November 11, 2001. Following a period of maceration on the skins and five weeks of fermentation, the wine was aged for two months in stainless steel and three months in fuder (old 1,000 liter capacity oak barrels). The wine was then bottled under natural cork |
