All the fruit is hand-picked.
|(80% Cabernet Sauvignon/10% Petit Verdot/10% Alicante). Fuit from a 22 acre south/southwest facing parcel situated at 328 feet was macerated and fermented separately for 20-25 days. The wine aged for 18 months in new French oak barriques followed by six months in bottle.
