The signature Barbaresco of the hill of Treiso;
a particular favorite because it epitomizes the work and soul
of the men and women who contribute to our co-operative.
A blend of Nebbiolo grapes grown on each of the vineyards belonging to our members,
it becomes the Barbaresco "par excellence”, capable of conjuring up intense emotions.
The selected grapes are crushed immediately on their arrival in the winery.
The must then ferments on the skins at a controlled temperature for at least 15 days.
Following the malolactic fermentation, and a brief stay in stainless steel,
the wine begins its aging in casks made of Slavonian oak,
remaining in wood for over a year prior to bottling.
