Wine maker notes

This wine shows the intriguing personality of Cabernet Franc, a Bordeaux-heritage varietal often used for blending. Our Cabernet Franc comes from a vineyard on the east side of Napa Valley, just south of Calistoga.

Food pairing

Two favorite pairings: pancetta-wrapped beef filet with roasted Brussels sprouts, and portobella and spinach lasagna layered with smoked provolone cheese.
