A late harvest blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha, and Mazuelo, the 4 Varietales Dulce de Invierno is part of Dinastia Vivanco’s Coleccion series. The grapes are hand-harvested from Estate-owned vineyards. Low yields make this a limited production wine. Each varietal is vinified separately in French oak barrels and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months on the lees before blending. Bottle aged an additional 12 months, this wine showcases intense aromas of crystallized fruit, dried peaches, orange marmalade, and quince jelly, framed by delicate floral and cocoa notes. The sweetness is balanced by fresh acidity.
