Color - Light pink with a lively froth. Bouquet - Young and seductive. Aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry with floral and vanilla notes. Taste - In the mouth it takes on notes of ripe fruit and soy leaving its mark with a lingering finish.
Wine Enthusiast 90 points - Made from the native Aglianico, this rose sparkler is a sheer delight. It has a lovely fragrance of cherry and hints of nut and baked bread. The refreshing palate delivers additional cherry notes, pastry cream and a hint of walnut. (Dec 2013)

In 2003, Feudi di San Gregorio invested in the production of its first sparkling product. Using the method champenoise and the regions historic varietals of Falanghina, Greco di Tufo and Aglianico grapes, FSG produced this new innovative product, DUBL. The wines are named DUBL in honor of the two wineries that work on this project, Feudi and our French partner, the great Champagne house of Anselme Selosse.
Wine maker notes
Produced using the traditional metodo classico technique, with a second fermentation occurring in bottle. DUBL Rosato spends 18 months on the lees.

Technical notes
100% Aglianico

Food pairing
Perfectly matched to pair with seafood and is versatile enough to accompany a variety of appetizers. Great as an aperitif.

Producer
Feudi di San Gregorio, a modern expression of a centuries-old tradition of passion and dedication to the land, is Campania’s premier winemaking estate. Situated in the tiny village of Sorbo Serpico in Campania's Irpinia region, this highly-acclaimed winery was established in 1986. Since then, it has aggressively tapped into the enormous potential of Campania's unique terroir and ancient varieties by placing a contemporary spin on indigenous grapes such as Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo and Aglianico.
