This wine borders on Single Vineyard quality and echoes the genetic sourcing and site characteristics that make up its composition. ‘Notes of stone fruit and gravel with nervy tension’ may sound familiar, and for good reason, to the Aubert collector they sound like a certain Single Vineyard.
