"This has the bright savor of a strawberry dipped in sea salt. It's light, with a hint of smokiness to balance the fruit. Together with the fine bubbles, that fruit savor will clean up after cured sausages and other charcuterie."

There's a smoky underpinning to this firm rosé, with the lively bead carrying delicate flavors of white raspberry, toast, orange peel and ground ginger. Drink now through 2019.

The rich, salmon-colored NV Brut Rosé (base 2012 with a dosage of nine grams) was launched ten years ago for the first time. Based on the Yellow Label cuvée, but colored with red wine, the newest edition offers intense and ripe red fruit aromas on the clear nose. Fresh, elegant and finesse-full on the palate, this is a warm and lush character with ripe cherry flavors, fine tannins, some leather aromas and a serious finish. This is a serious expression of easy-drinking Pinot Noir.

Salmon skin color. Energetic, floral nose offers finely etched apple and pomegranate scents, along with delicate mineral and jasmine nuances. Dry, stony and fresh, with precise, fairly deep pear, rhubarb and subtle red berry flavors. Finishes on a dusty, mineral note, with very good length.

Bitter cherries with some yeastiness give this wine a rich, while tight, character. It has a touch of vanilla, ripe red-berry fruits and an almond aftertaste. Drink now.
