"The 2023 Rosé Esprit Gassier is bright, vibrant and juicy. A bit more tropical and mineral-driven on the nose than Gassier's other cuvées, it jumps from the glass with beautiful pineapple, blood orange, grapefruit and crushed rock aromas. A fresh cherry juice tartness coats the mouth, while lovely minerality lends complexity. Textural, creamy and balanced, the 2023 would be perfectly pleasurable on its own or at the dinner table.
