This is styled in a relatively mature, slightly oxidized fashion. It's round and full-bodied, with lots of oily, buttered-nut flavors. But it is not at all tired or tiring; an underpinning of crisp apple keeps it lively and fresh in the mouth. It drinks very well right now, as if it had been cellared for four or five years.
