Laden with notes of caramel and raspberry compote, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Legacy Collection is made from a distinctively different fabric than the regular Peju Cabernet. A blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec, it's brighter and more fun to drink, the red fruit and balanced acids balanced against darker notes of mocha and black cherries.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Legacy Collection is in the same ballpark, with vanilla-laced red and black fruits as well as spice and tobacco notes. Based on 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, and the rest Petit Verdot and Malbec, it's medium-bodied, balanced, and certainly an impeccably made wine.
