The 2020 Chablis Cote de Lechet ler Cru has a tightly-wound bouquet with Granny Smith apples, wet pavement, and oyster shell scents. Quite focused and delineated. Well balanced with nice acidity, the palate is taut and fresh with a very subtle mintiness towards the finish. Plenty of character here, if not so much sophistication compared to others.
