A super-complex and slightly evolved wine. Bittersweet character on the nose, with aromas of orange marmalade, white peaches, orange blossoms and flinty minerality. Peaty on the palate, with a light to medium body, zesty acidity, weight, concentration and a long, salted finish. Drink or hold.

Shaved lemon rinds, crushed green apples, sweet smoke and melon sorbet form the 2021 Riesling's bouquet. It's soft and remarkably fresh, with a finessed style of young peach and minerals that cascade across the palate. Lime and Granny Smith notes linger as the 2021 finishes clasically dry and with medium length.
