A great Côtes Du Rhône readers should seek out, the 2020 La Bouveau is up-front, balanced, and ready to go, with the purity and freshness of the vintage as well as lots of Southern Rhône character in its garrigue, pepper, strawberry, and black raspberry aromas and flavors. Drink it over the coming 3-4 years or so.
