This is an elegant, restrained and yet exuberant red, dark in berry fruit and spicy oak. With a thick midpalate and firm tannin structure, it has a breadth of flavor and texture that excites and impresses.

As to the Pinot Noirs, the 2019 Pinot Noir Russian River Valley offers darker cherry fruits as well as some smoky earth, medium body, ripe, rounded tannins, and some classic Russian River spice and savory floral nuances. It's a charming, delicious, easygoing Pinot Noir with plenty of character.
