"A succulent, juicy young red with plum, dark berry and some tile and bark undertones. It’s full-bodied with layers of pure fruit and fine tannins. Lightly chewy at the end of the palate with a savory and fruity finish." James Suckling 93 points Drink 2023-32

The deep garnet-purple colored 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley opens with wonderfully pure notions of ripe blueberries, cassis and fresh black cherries, plus hints of dried mint, pencil shavings and cinnamon stick. The medium to full-bodied palate is juicy and plush with just enough freshness and a fruity finish.

Alluring, with melted red licorice draped over a core of lush cassis and plum compote notes. An apple wood edge is nicely inlaid on the finish. Drink now through 2028. 620 cases made.

A slightly larger production cuvée (1,200 cases), the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley offers a medium to full-bodied, rounded, supple, mouth-filling and undeniably delicious Cabernet style as well as classic red and black fruits, spice, and chocolate aromas and flavors. It's a beautiful, fruit-forward, balanced beauty to enjoy over the coming decade or more.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is soft, open-knit and fruity, all of which make it a good choice for drinking now and over the next few years. Ripe dark cherry, plum, mocha, spice and new leather open nicely in the glass.
