Our most terroir driven blend, mostly Cabernet Franc and Merlot. A rich wine coming from one of the warmest harvests. The tannins are velvety and the finish is long and soft. Pair with lamb skewers, seared duck breast, or pasta with lentils.

(as 2015 was a very hot year for Merlot, Serge Laville cut back the percentage of the variety in this blend): Full ruby-red. Aromas of black cherry, licorice and menthol. Very rich and rather suave, boasting excellent intensity and energy to its flavors of black fruits, licorice, leather and dark chocolate. Finishes with serious, slowly building tannins that will require time in bottle. A bit more youthfully brooding than the 2014 example.

The 2015 Red Wine Uriah checks in as 43% Cabernet Franc, 38% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, and the rest Malbec that spent 18 months in 40% new oak. Almost always one of my favorites in the lineup, the 2015 reveals a deep purple color as well as a classy bouquet of spiced red fruits, cedar, and dried herbs. It's relatively restrained yet has good mid-palate depth, ripe tannins, and terrific balance. Give it another 2-3 years and it should keep nicely for 10-12.

This wine is a blend of 43% Cabernet Franc, 38% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec. Aromas of whole green pepper, fresh herb, cocoa and cherry lead to lighter-styled fruit flavors backed by lightly grainy tannins. Those looking for big and bold, look elsewhere. This one is all about sophistication and elegance and it delivers both in abundance.

A blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the 2015 Uriah exhibits aromas of rich berry fruit and dark chocolate. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, ripe but tangy, with moderate concentration, powdery tannins and bright balancing acids.
