Offering up an incipiently complex bouquet of crisp yellow orchard fruit, honeycomb, quinine, stone fruit pits and freshly baked bread, it's full-bodied, deep and layered, with racy acids, a crisp core of fruit and a penetrating and delicately chalky finish.
